A Family Recipe Comes to Life
It all started with a grandmother's recipe and a dream. Andy Tan, inspired by his grandmother's legendary apple pie that brought the family together every Sunday, decided to share this joy with Singapore.
What began as weekend baking sessions in a small HDB kitchen soon turned into something bigger. Friends and neighbors couldn't get enough of Andy's pies, and the waiting list grew longer each week.
In March 2010, Andy took a leap of faith and opened the first Andy's Pie outlet at Orchard Central—a modest 300 square foot space with a small kitchen and big dreams.
