2010

A Family Recipe Comes to Life

It all started with a grandmother's recipe and a dream. Andy Tan, inspired by his grandmother's legendary apple pie that brought the family together every Sunday, decided to share this joy with Singapore.

What began as weekend baking sessions in a small HDB kitchen soon turned into something bigger. Friends and neighbors couldn't get enough of Andy's pies, and the waiting list grew longer each week.

In March 2010, Andy took a leap of faith and opened the first Andy's Pie outlet at Orchard Central—a modest 300 square foot space with a small kitchen and big dreams.

2012

Growing with Singapore

The response from Singapore was overwhelming. Lines formed before opening hours, and our Classic Apple Pie became a household name. We knew it was time to expand.

Our second outlet opened at Tampines Mall, bringing our artisan pies to the East. We also expanded our menu, introducing savory pies like our now-famous Chicken Pot Pie and Beef Mushroom Pie.

2015

Innovation Meets Tradition

While staying true to our roots, we embraced innovation. We introduced seasonal specialties and began experimenting with local flavors—Pandan Coconut Pie and Salted Egg Chicken Pie became instant favorites.

This year also marked the launch of our catering services, allowing us to be part of Singapore's celebrations—from office parties to weddings and everything in between.

2018

Building for the Future

With four outlets across Singapore, we opened our central kitchen facility to ensure every pie meets our exacting standards. This allowed us to maintain the handcrafted quality our customers love while scaling our operations.

We also launched our recipe blog, sharing pie-making tips and tricks with the community that had supported us for nearly a decade.

2020

Bringing Comfort Home

When the world changed, we adapted. During circuit breaker, we pivoted to contactless delivery and DIY pie kits, bringing the comfort of homemade pies to families staying home together.

The overwhelming support from our community during these challenging times reminded us why we started—to bring people together through the simple joy of a good pie.

2023

Celebrating Success Together

Our Marina Bay outlet opened in the iconic Marina Bay Sands area, bringing Andy's Pie to the heart of Singapore's tourism district. We also received our first industry recognition—Best Bakery at the Singapore Food Awards.

But our greatest achievement? The loyal customers who've been with us since day one, and the new friends we make every day.

Looking Forward

Today, Andy's Pie operates four outlets across Singapore, serving thousands of pies each week. But we haven't forgotten our roots—every pie is still made with the same care and attention that Andy put into those first weekend batches.

We continue to innovate while honoring tradition, experimenting with new flavors while perfecting our classics. Our mission remains the same: to create moments of joy, one pie at a time.

As we look to the future, we're excited to bring Andy's Pie to new neighborhoods, develop new recipes, and continue being part of Singapore's food story. But most of all, we're grateful—to our team, our suppliers, and especially to you, our customers, who make it all possible.
