For in-store purchases, we accept:

4.3 Catering Orders

5. Orders and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Andy's Pie Singapore. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

5.2 In-Store Pickup

Products are available for immediate purchase at our retail outlets during operating hours. Special orders may require advance notice.

5.3 Catering Orders

Catering orders require minimum 3 business days advance notice. We will confirm your order details via email or phone. Delivery or pickup arrangements will be agreed upon separately.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Retail Purchases

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect
• We will replace or refund defective products upon return with receipt
• Returns must be made within 24 hours of purchase

6.2 Catering Orders

Catering order cancellation policy:

• More than 7 days before event: Full refund of deposit
• 3-7 days before event: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 3 days before event: No refund
• Order modifications may be possible up to 3 days before the event (subject to availability)

6.3 Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Andy's Pie Singapore and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.
