Catering FAQs

What is the minimum order size for catering?
Our minimum catering order is 12 pies (Basic Package starting at $180). This is perfect for small office meetings or intimate gatherings of 10-15 people.
How much advance notice do you need?
We recommend placing orders at least 5-7 business days in advance for most events. For large events (100+ guests) or peak seasons, we suggest 2-3 weeks notice. Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability.
Do you provide delivery and setup services?
Yes! All our packages include delivery. Premium and Deluxe packages also include setup services. We'll arrange everything beautifully on display platters or tiered stands. Our Deluxe package includes full setup and breakdown with a dedicated coordinator.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely. Our partners can provide vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when placing your order, and we'll match you with a partner that can create a customized menu ensuring all your guests can enjoy the pies safely. Note that Andy's Pie Pantry is not Halal-certified.
Which areas in Singapore do you deliver to?
Our partners deliver island-wide across Singapore. Delivery to central areas is typically included in packages. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, or other special access locations.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are determined by the fulfilling partner. Generally, a 50% deposit is standard to secure the booking, with the balance paid directly to the partner outlet prior to the event. Your partner will provide their specific secure payment instructions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a full refund minus 10% processing fee. Cancellations 3-6 days before forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you when possible.
Can you create custom pie flavors for our event?
Yes! For orders of 30+ pies, we can work with you to create custom flavors or modify existing recipes to suit your preferences. Custom orders require at least 2 weeks advance notice and are subject to ingredient availability.
